Refund and Exchange Policy

As a consignment store that primarily facilitates transactions between sellers and buyers, we have certain limitations when it comes to returns and exchanges. 

Please note that, due to the unique nature of our resale platform, we are unable to offer full refunds, exchanges, or swaps of any kind once the 2-hour cancellation window has passed.

If you wish to proceed with a return after the 2-hour window, a 6% payment processing fee will be applied to your return request. In this case, you will receive 94% of the value of the items purchased in the form of PRAISED Store Credit, excluding shipping fees.

For returns to be eligible, they must meet the following criteria:

  1. The return request is made within 31 days of receiving the original shipment as per the provided tracking information.
  2. Items are returned in their original, unworn condition with the original packaging.
  3. Items are packed securely and carefully, similar to how they were shipped to you.

To initiate a return, please send an email to support@praisedcollection.com within the 31-day period after receiving your original shipment. In the subject heading, include 'Order Return (Your Order Number).' 

It is crucial that you pack your return item securely in the original delivery box to prevent damage during transit. Any damage that occurs due to inadequate packaging is the responsibility of the buyer.

Inappropriate packaging methods include, but are not limited to: shipping items in satchels, sending items without an outer box, failing to use bubble wrap or padding, and shipping items in damaged outer boxes or multiple boxes taped together to create a larger outside box.

Praised reserves the right to reject items that are unsuitable for return or if the buyer has not initiated the return process by emailing us.

The buyer is responsible for the item until it is accepted by the Praised Team. If your items go missing during transit to our warehouse using our carrier labels, we will initiate an investigation with the delivery carrier to assist in resolving the issue. However, Praised  cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, and buyers are encouraged to insure their own items during shipment to Praised.

Praised store credit is issued to the email account associated with the original order. These credits cannot be transferred to a different email address, and in the event of email access loss, we are unable to provide a replacement credit note. Please note that Praised store credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash.
